Just got done watching this drama the other day. While watching, I read what some viewers had to say. Quite a few people said that the show was moving slowly. They said there were things in the show that didn't need to be in there and that was holding up the story. Some even said Kim Woo Bin deserved a better story line.
Knowing about these negative comments, I kept watching to see for myself. And, of course, to watch KWB. I never thought the show was dragging. The only complaint I have about the story line, is when Shin Joon-young started playing with Yoon Jung-eun in an effort to get her to admit what she had done in her past. The writers could have come up with a way for Joon Young to get what he wanted from Jung Eun. But...it wasn't that much of a big deal for me and he ultimately got what he wanted.
When I first started watching UF, the only thing I knew about Bae Suzy was that she was Lee Min Ho's girlfriend. I looked her up after a few episodes in so I could learn about her. I did not know she was in "Gu Family Book" so now I have to go back and re-watch some of that (if not all). I was intent on not liking her at all because I'm not really a fan of LMH anymore. I don't think he's that good of an actor and there's nothing else great about him. Sure, I too was riding the LMH wave when I was watching "Heirs" but before that show was over, I had already fallen for KWB and there was no going back. So, because of Suzy's choice of boyfriend, I had decided I didn't like her. Unfortunately, she was too likable and my plan was ruined.
